Jan. 25: Try Vegan Meats & See Induction Cooking in Action!

On Sunday, Jan. 25 after the service, alongside 4th Sunday Brunch (at about 11:45 am), the Green Sanctuary Committee will host a vegan sausage and veggie burger tasting. Non-meat “meat” has gotten pretty tasty and is better for the environment than the meat options they replace. Come try a few and vote for your favorite. We will cook both on an energy efficient induction cooktop. Induction cooking has all the control of methane (gas), without the pollution and climate impact.
