Thank you for all of your Auction donations.
It’s gonna be a fabulous Auction Party—in only 1 week—on Saturday, November 15, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
There will be activities for kids, live music from Seascape Sounds,,the returning beloved Balloon Lady, tasty treats and drinks, and lots to bid on to support our community. The plan is for the Auction Catalog to be ready at the UUCPA Auction website starting Thursday, November 13.
That way, you can think about the Auction items you want to win—good things to eat, events, parties, gift baskets, handmade items, and much more.
To ensure a fantastic party, we still need volunteers on party night:
- CRITICAL: Heat and plate food in the kitchen (4–6 or 6–8 PM)
- Check in guests in the lobby (6:30–8 PM)
- Close silent auction rooms
- Inventory control to give items to winning bidders
