You may have noticed that there hasn’t been much construction work lately on the Campus Vision Project. The work has been temporarily paused while the structural and HVAC engineers work with the contractors to adjust the plans. After the demolition was completed, the Kitchen’s walls, floors, and supporting beams were exposed, and complications discovered. The good news is there was little dry rot or termite damage uncovered. Once all the new plans are in place, construction will resume. These kinds of things are expected during remodels of buildings as old as ours.
Meanwhile, our Kitchen team has selected and purchased our new appliances and they have been delivered.
When construction work resumes, it will be announced in the Weekly Update email.
