4th of July BBQ
Date(s) - 07/04/2018
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Please join us for this years 4th of July Summer BBQ at church on Wednesday evening – July 4th starting at 6:00 pm. The location is the McFadden Patio /Til Evans Garden (in the right rear portion of the church campus).
Here’s how it works: You bring your own entrees, meat, fish, tofu – whatever. You are expected to bring a side dish (salad, fruit, vegetables, desert) to share with up to 6 people and contribute $3.00 per person or $6.00 per family for incidentals. You should also consider bringing your own picnic-ware. Soft drinks are provided. Often beer & wine are available but it is not guaranteed. Weather is variable, so you might keep a sweater in your car. Plan ahead.
The hosts for the evening arrive early; setup; get the fires going and take care of clean up. Hosting rotates on a sign-up basis for those who are able.
These BBQ’s are a hidden treasure. It is a great time to get out and mingle with our great and talented Congregation on a purely social basis. There is no agenda. All topics are open.
Please note that this event replaces the usual Friday BBQ this week.Add to: Google Cal, iCal, webcal
