ALJ Class: Build Trans Justice & Safety: A Welcoming Congregation Seminar
Our Unitarian Universalist faith calls us to fully embrace equity for transgender, nonbinary, intersex, and gender diverse people in our congregations and the wider world. In that spirit, please join UUCPA’s Welcoming Congregation team to learn about the scope of current political attacks on transgender people in the United States, and how you can:
- Support trans rights in our community, and
- Ensure that our congregation is a welcoming and safe place for all.
The seminar will draw, in part, from training provided by the Transforming Hearts Collective.
Snacks will be available and child care will be provided.
