In this highly theatrical program, adults and kids alike will see and hear art in action. Discover why storytelling events are sprouting up around Bay Area and the nation.
Elaine Muray has studied with some of the greats in physical theater including the late Tony Montanaro and Paata Tsikurishvili (artistic director of Washington, DC’s highly acclaimed Synetic Theater). She has performed at the Australian Storytelling Festival, Northlands Storytelling Conference, and in 2008 was chosen by her then Pacific peers to represent the five-state region at the National Storytelling Network’s All Regions Concert. Last year, she did a 65-school tour to private English immersion schools in Colombia. A former California resident, Elaine now lives in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
