Summer Solstice
On Saturday June 20, 2026 we will celebrate the longest day of the year with a Summer Solstice Celebration. Afterwards we will share food and conversation in a potluck. Children and adults are welcome!
Ceremony: Starting at 6 pm we will decorate our altar with the elemental signs of summer and call the spirits of the directions to be with us, as we gather energy from the well of Joy to share it out to the world at this special celestial moment. If you would like, please bring a summer flower, fruit or sprig of greenery to adorn our altar.
Potluck: If you can, please bring an entree, side or dessert for 6-8 people. (An index card with ingredients is helpful.) We encourage you to come regardless!
Board Games: Following the Solstice Celebration we will have s’mores and the monthly UUCPA Games Night, if you want to make it a whole evening of connection.
We hope you’ll come celebrate the magnificent surging energy of the Summer Solstice with us!
