Exploring Mind, Hands, Spirit and Heart Through Art

Today: Improv Art! Using the principles of improv theater, such as “Yes, and” and “Make active choices,” we’ll make today’s artworks together.

Give your hands and heart a gift by enjoying two hours on a Sunday doing simple and profound art exercises. If you think you have no artistic talent, you will be amazed by what you can do. Each session stands alone, but the exercises and community also build on each other. All materials are provided. For people of any age who can sustain interest for two hours.
