Give your hands and heart a gift by enjoying two hours on a Sunday doing simple and profound art exercises. If you think you have no artistic talent, you will be amazed by what you can do. Each session stands alone, but the exercises and community also build on each other. All materials are provided. For people of any age who can sustain an interest for two hours.
The May session of “Exploring . . . through Art” was so enjoyable that the participants suggested a variation for this coming Sunday: we will once again do “blackout poetry,” creating poems by blocking out and drawing on a page cut out of a book, but this time we will all begin with the same page of text. It will be fascinating to see the different found poems and artworks we each create from the same source. Join us! No session in July; after June 3, we resume August 5.
