It is the day we bring a lot of underwear, including shoes, gloves and hats to give to homeless and very poor people.  We then also bring money to buy anything we did not get.

Items donated at UUCPA will be distributed by the Opportunity Services Center, of LifeMoves – formerly InVision – serving homeless people in Palo Alto.  Litsi Indergand, now in Sacramento, was a big supporter.

Their wishlist:

  1. Men’s underwear (any type) mostly XL, L
  2. Men’s socks, wool, large sizes
  3. Gloves, wool, large
  4. Beanies, wool, in dark colors
  5. Money, to shop for you and buy for specific people.  Cash or check made to UUCPA.

In any case, UNDIE SUNDAY WILL BE DECEMBER 4 thru DECEMBER 18.  Please be as generous as we have always been.  Undie Sunday is one of UUCPA’s many Service Projects.
