The Nominating Committee is pleased to present this year’s candidates for election to the Board of Trustees, the Ministerial Search Committee, the Nominating Committee itself, and for delegates to the General Assembly. The congregation will vote on these nominations at the Annual Meeting on Sunday April 26.

Thank you to everyone who provided valuable feedback through the Ministerial Search Committee Survey. We have put together a slate of nominees for the Search Committee who are thoughtful, committed members of UUCPA. They are good judges of people, are generous of spirit, team players and insightful. As a whole, they represent both younger and older members, folks who have been attending for decades and those who have jumped in more recently with both feet. They have knowledge from a broad set of roles of what worship and ministry at UUCPA is all about.

UUCPA is allowed to have up to five UUA delegates. Please join Matt by volunteering at the Annual Meeting. It is possible to fully participate in GA online. See more at the UUA GA website.

As set forth in the UUCPA Bylaws, additional Board candidates may be nominated by petition to the Nominating Committee between now and April 14 (12 days before the Annual Meeting). A petition must be signed by at least three other Church members besides the nominee, and submitted by the April 14 deadline to any member of the Nominating Committee. All candidates must have agreed to serve if elected.
