The Action Council has approved a request from Nancy Neff to co-sponsor the Proposition 4 (Allow Public Financing of Election Campaigns) Kickoff on Saturday, October 3 from 2:30-5:30 in the Main Hall. The Board will be considering a full church endorsement of this event later this month.
As a reminder, the Action Council and Board previously approved a full church endorsement of Proposition 4, which will remove the prohibition currently in the state constitution which prevents public financing of election campaigns.
