Rev. Millie Phillips is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister whose career spans 28 years in the utility industry as a power plant control operator and technical writer. A longtime labor activist since the 1970s, she has held leadership roles in both the IBEW and the Coalition of Labor Union Women. As of early 2026, she serves as a faith-rooted organizer in Contra Costa County, bringing together her commitments to economic justice and progressive interfaith ministry.
