Our next meeting is September 20, 7-8:30, on Zoom. We will discuss the movie “Star Trek”, the 2009 film with Chris Pine as Kirk. All are welcome to join. Just watch the movie ahead of time.

At the end of the meeting, we will choose a book for our October meeting and another movie for November. Then we’ll be off and running with our new every-month-except-December-and-Summer schedule.

If you have a high schooler looking to fulfill service hours, CYRE is seeking volunteers to help supervise Parents’ Night Out or help out with Children’s Chapel. Email Rev. Cat (revcat@uucpa.org).
Join us for Second Sunday Lunch, a home-cooked, nutritious, delicious food for a very reasonable donation. We go through the buffet line in the Fireside Room and eat in the Main Hall or outdoors, weather permitting. If you’re new or visiting, be our guest. We want you to stay for lunch, and we welcome new volunteers! Help is needed for Sunday food preparation and for cleanup after lunch. Some volunteers help most second Sundays; others help occasionally. Contact Edie if you would like to join us in the kitchen.
