When it comes to advance care planning, what matters most to you? If you were facing the end of life, what would you want your loved ones to know about your wishes for medical, social, and spiritual support? In the workshop, we will address the process of advanced care planning from the foundation of our personal values and life priorities. Rev. Jen will highlight the “Stanford Letter Project” as one of several helpful resources for framing our reflection and discussion.

Rev. Jen Dillinger is an affiliate Community Minister at UUCPA and an interfaith chaplain at Stanford Hospital, specializing in pastoral education and palliative care. As a chaplain, she provides spiritual support to patients and their families at all phases of illness, including at the end of life.
