Campus Vision Congregational Meeting

This Sunday, let your voice be heard! We will decide as a congregation whether we move forward with our Campus Vision Project.

You’ve seen the drawings in the lobby. You’ve attended last Sunday’s Town Hall meeting. You’ve had the chance to read through the latest info on the Campus Vision page. What’s next? The vote!

Please join us either in person or online for a Special Congregational Meeting where we will hear from the Campus Vision Task Force as well as an update from the Mission Task Force. Questions ahead of time? Campus@uucpa.org

Unable to attend either in person or via Zoom, but still want to participate in this democratic process? You can vote by proxy! Either fill out this form and give it to your proxy to take with them to the meeting, or email Kevin Ma directly to let him know who your proxy will be. Please note that absentee ballots are not available for this vote, only vote by proxy. You can find out more here.

In-person:

• Main Hall (be sure to check in at the tables outside)
• Bagels and coffee (so there’s food!)
• Childcare available
• Proof of vaccination on file (you can bring your card or email a photo of it to jeff@uucpa.org ahead of time)

Remote:

• As this is a vote for congregational members, an email with the Zoom link will be e-mailed to members via Realm a few days before the meeting.
• Non-members are still able to view the meeting remotely via livestream on Facebook (but are not eligible to vote).
