This class will offer an introduction to two types of meditation: Forgiveness Meditation and Loving Kindness Meditation. You’ll learn the background of these two types of meditation, and a taste for what to expect if you begin to meditate regularly. Come find out how much fun meditation can be!
UUCPA member Prashant Billore has been practicing meditation for over two decades. For the last four years, he has been training under Rev. Doug Kraft, a Unitarian Universalist minister, and Bhante Vimalramsi. He currently teaches at Bhante Vimalramsi’s Dhamma Sukha Meditation Center.
