Our impact team has booked a 6-stop California tour from October 15 to 24, 2026, from Santa Monica to Nevada City.

Saving Walden’s World stems from my own journey as a former military weapons engineer who had an ethical wake-up call and pivoted toward radical simplicity, eco-feminism, permaculture, and peace. The film explores a question that drives many of us: How do we ensure our world works for all within our planetary limits? To answer it, we look at real-world solutions by visiting communities in Kerala (India), Cuba, and Slovenia that have successfully prioritized women’s empowerment, cooperative economics, and ecological resilience.

The film has screened on 4 continents winning 14 awards at 25 international film festivals. It has been accepted for national broadcast on PBS, allowing us to bring these critical conversations to millions of viewers across the country.
