We gather,
our different paths entwined,
to deepen our spiritual lives:
nourishing connection,
learning from each other,
caring for each other,
tending to our world.

Meet Our Ministers

Rev. Peter Farriday joins us for two years starting in August 2025 to help us discern our main needs and challenges, goals and desires, and together lay a solid foundation for the future, thriving with a new longer-term minister.

Rev. Catherine (Cat) Boyle joined us in 2022. Embracing wonder, embracing curiosity and embracing life is her credo. Cat's background in theater shows up in her creativity in religious education, and infuses her worship with energy.

Justice Partner - Pathwise

The Justice Partner for October is Pathwise

Pathwise is Palo Alto’s only free, non-profit, after-school enrichment program for less-resourced and historically underrepresented middle school students. They serve middle school students in the Palo Alto Unified School District, including low-income, housing insecure, first generation, foster youth, English Language Learners and students belonging to historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. We train high school students to mentor the middle school students.

Pathwise services are located on each middle school campus, offering social-emotional learning (SEL), academic support, and near-peer mentoring in a safe, welcoming space.  They extend that support to families through parent education, school guidance, and advocacy.

We gather on unceded, stolen land of the Tamien and Ramaytush people. We acknowledge these communities in the interest of truth and justice, awareness and gratitude. In order to dismantle the ongoing legacies of settler colonialism, we pledge to join the Tamien and Ramaytush people whenever they ask us for solidarity.
