Pace of life has increased a lot over the last decade. In the meantime, our bodies and brains have not evolved at all. Often, there are feelings of being overwhelmed and dissatisfied. However, there are ways to not only survive but thrive at this pace. We will be sharing several life hacks which can help you to allow restoration & rejuvenation and help you feel happy and joyful.
Worship leader: Prashant Billore has been studying meditation and wellness for about 25 years and teaching for the last 5 years. He has learnt vipassana, loving kindness, forgiveness, spectrum of awareness and deepening meditations and several other western therapies. He has lately developed interest in why we sleep and latest discoveries of neuroscience where he found the missing pieces of the puzzle.
Worship Associate: Aarav Billore has been an active member of UUCPA for the past several years. He assisted Rev. Dan Harper in teaching Coming of Age and Neighboring Faith Communities. Aarav is destined to the UK for college this fall.
