Auction Party News—Donations, please!

Your donation makes the UUCPA Auction the biggest and best party of the year. Donation ideas—an outing, hiking or biking event, picnic, dinner, themed party, or event hosted by you. A homemade savory or sweet. The offer of a talent or skill. A weekend at your family’s cabin. Or a fun event or service you dream up to share with our community.  Auction questions? To be included in the auction catalog, submit your Auction donation by November 3 at https://auctria.events/uucpa2025 or on Sundays at the Auction table on the patio.

The Auction Party, on November 15 from 5:30 to 9 p.m., offers something for everyone: Dancing to live music. Mingling in the Main Hall while enjoying delicious food and drink. The silent auction for a quieter environment. A professional balloon artist to create festive, wearable balloon art. For kids, activities throughout the evening and kid-friendly snacks.

Save the Date: All Church & Community Family Dance – Oct 18

On October 18 from 2-4:30pm, come join us for an afternoon of dancing, crafting, singing, stilting, and socializing. Called by Susan Petrick with music by the Opporchoonists. Susan will teach easy-to-learn dances from American and British Isles folk traditions suitable for all ages.

Circle Suppers

Have fun and make new connections at an informal potluck Circle Supper this fall hosted at a UUCPA member’s home!  There is still availability at the last 3 supper dates in October and November. Use this Circle Supper sign-up form to choose a supper that works for you. The host will contact you to confirm and give details. If you’re a longtime member, consider inviting someone you’ve recently met to help them get to know more of us.
