It’s almost Auction time! We have only 3 weeks until our favorite party of the year on November 15 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.  

There will be activities for kids, live music from Seascape Sounds,,the returning awesome Balloon Lady, tasty treats, and lots to bid on to support our community.  

Donations continue to stream in at our UUCPA Auction website. Auction items include good things to eat, handmade items, jewelry, fun parties, and much more. 

But we still need your donations! Please continue to donate your creative parties, services, gift-quality items, gift certificates, concert or theater tickets, and items that might be fun for our community to bid on. Go to the UUCPA Auctria website by November 4 to donate.

And we still have volunteer slots to fill before and during the party on November 15:  

• Heat and plate food in the kitchen
• Check in guests in the lobby
• Help with children’s activities
• Close silent auction rooms and move items to the Fireside Room  
• Record live auction bids in the Main Hall
• Cashier for checkout to move fast
• Inventory control to give items to winning bidders
• Help clean up
