In March of 2017, I started a low-carbohydrate high-fat (LCHF) diet. At the same time, I started reading books and articles, listening to podcasts, and watching online videos to learn more about them.  What can you eat on a low-carb diet?  What are some good recipes?  What is and isn’t known about the health benefits?  What diseases are being treated with these diets? Have we been getting bad information from the medical community about the value of low-fat diets?  In the first 6 months, I lost over 25 pounds and improved several health indicators.  In this talk, I will share some of what I have learned.  I hope to see you there!
