How to Help a Friend with Anxiety

Person holding a notebook with a drawing and lots of writing. The drawing shows a worried-looking figure lifting off the top of their head, and the words are all about worries and anxieties.

The session about how to help a friend with depression was such a success that the series continues. At noon on September 27, immediately following the Caring Network meeting, Amy leads a session on how to recognize signs of anxiety–they aren’t always what you might think–and help a friend who may be dealing with this widespread mental health challenge.

The Zoom link is here. The “door” to the Zoom room will open at 12.

Also, Amy is planning future sessions on such issues how to support people who have chronic illnesses, people with cancer, and people who are grieving. Please suggest a topic if there’s another one you would find helpful.
