Poet. Skeptic. Thinker. Seeker. What do you hear when you quiet your mind, engage with your breathing, and wait for the whisper of your innermost voice? Maybe you have been meaning to try meditation with a group but haven’t taken the first step. Good news – I offer an invitation and introduction. The Saturday Meditation group has been meeting in-person or online since 2000 from 9:10-10:30AM. Our gatherings have a prescribed format in which we start with a reading, then a 20-minute meditation, then a reading, then a 20-minute meditation, then a reading. We allow 30 minutes at the end for informal voluntary discussion in which we support one another through good times and bad. We welcome new members and drop-ins.
