At its May 24 meeting the Board of Trustees formally approved sending a letter to the California Legislature on behalf of UUCPA in support of Senate Bill 4: Affordable Housing on Faith and Education Lands Act of 2023. That letter was submitted today! SB 4 has passed out of committee and is under discussion in the state Senate. Should you wish to send a personal letter of support to your own state legislators, we encourage you to do that.
