I’ve never preached on “followership” because it just seems so self-serving. I’m a leader, and every leader wants people to be good followers, right? But today I’d like to share my journey of learning to be a follower. If you’re usually a leader, comfortable at center stage, I hope you’ll follow me to the margins. If you’re usually on the margins, I hope you will accept our novice followership.
