This year our congregation is part of an informal group of faith organizations that organize an interfaith welcome booth at the festival each year. With the rise of anti-LGBTQ+ hate, our presence at the festival is needed more than ever! To demonstrate our active support this year, the Action Council has made a donation toward the cost of the interfaith booth and UUCPA will be listed as an affirming congregation on the map in the booth.
Volunteers are also needed to support this effort! By volunteering, you will work with clergy and laypeople of many faiths to show that “Love Wins.” You can sign up using the link below, or stop by the Action Council table on Sunday to sign up to staff one of the activities, be a friendly face at the welcome table, or serve as a quiet, supportive presence in our “What’s Your Story?” listening area:
