September is here. That means the Hotel de Zink Homeless Shelter will be on our campus daily from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with an estimated 18 people sleeping on cots in our main hall.
We also provide a dinner for our guests every night in September – a main course and sides for 18 people. Sign ups needed!
Your ready-to-eat dinner should be delivered to the church kitchen at 7 pm.
We have had casseroles, lasagnas, chili and cornbread, spaghetti with meatballs and salad, sausages with bread and steamed broccoli – or Kentucky fried chicken or pizza.
