On Easter, Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. All of us reflect on what rebirth might mean in this one wild and precious life. Are the cycles of nature really a good parallel for human rebirth and resurrection? And bunnies and chocolate eggs are supposed to fit into it somewhere, but how?
All will be revealed in this intergenerational service, through stories, sermons and songs (including Handel’s Alleluia Chorus!). We also formally welcome a passel of new members, roll out the mission that has emerged from your many conversations with the Mission Task Force, enjoy Second Sunday Lunch together, and of course, have the annual Easter Egg hunt for Children and Youth Religious Education. Don’t miss out!
Worship leaders: Revs. Catherine Boyle and Amy Zucker Morgenstern
