OWL comprehensive sexuality education — in person
We offer the well-regarded OWL comprehensive sexuality education class for grades K-1 and gr. 4-6, every other year. OWL for these grades will be offered in the 2020-2021 school year. Note: OWL may only be offered as an in-person class.
OWL for grades K-2: In this 8-session program, children receive age-appropriate sexuality education, including how to stay safe. Offered during the regular Sunday school time in spring, 2022. Parents must attend a parent orientation before the class begins.
OWL for grades 4-6: This 10-session program addresses the needs of children about to enter puberty. We expect to offer this class at 11:00 a.m. from Jan.-April, 2022 (may be delayed to allow families to vaccinate their children). Parents must attend a parent orientation before the class begins.
